Anybody is permitted access to starting a happening in any part of the world. You may use any creature noted in John Winchester's journal. Below is a rudimentary skeleton for creating your own. You do not need to follow this format, but you must include this information when creating a happening. Please use the spoiler function when saying what the creature actually is.
